Because our products are customized and personalized, full payment is required before production begins.

Orders are generally completed within 5–7 business days after the mockup has been approved, depending on the current order queue.

Need it sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact Rita to discuss availability.

Please review your mockup carefully before approving it. Once a mockup has been approved or production has begun, changes cannot be made without an additional change fee.

Because personalized and customized items are made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on customized orders.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact Rita as soon as possible so we can discuss it.
