Due to the customization and personalization of your order, full payment is required upfront.

Orders will be completed within 5-7 business days after mockup has been approved by the customer and depending on previous orders that are in the queue.  Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Changes are not permitted after the mockup has been approved or if the work has started. If changes are required, there will be a change fee.  

There are no exchanges or refunds after the order has been picked up.  If an issue arises with the product, please contact Rita as soon as possible.
